Sailing in Trogir

Trogir is a small nautical gem, and is located only 14 kilometers from Split airport. When you arrive in Trogir, you will undoubtedly have the feeling that you are on vacation and you can now slow down. The small town of Trogir, famous for its cathedral and the old town which is under UNESCO protection, simply invites you to walk through the narrow streets, or you can visit the market which is full of fresh fruit and vegetables. This is especially interesting for sailors, if theyarrive earlier, and their ship is not ready yet.

ACI marina is situated in front of the old town, about ten minutes of walk. Marina is small, but has all the necessary services, such as showers (renovated in 2013), a restaurant, a gas station and a supermarket.

Guests often opt to overnight in Trogir, then sail on Sunday morning. From Trogir is easy to come to the island Krknjasi, where you can swim in the clear sea. This island is well-known as the locals go there on weekends. Sailors often prefer to go to the island of Solta, especially to the southern part or to the bays Maslinica and Sesula. This route is often chosen by those who plan to continue to Vis and Hvar. Those who have decided to continue to Skradin, Vodice and Kornati, will remain on the Small and Large Drvenik.

If you are planning to visit Trogir during the peak season and you're hiring a yacht in another port, try to avoid coming Friday and Saturday or book in advance your place !
